Driving the Future of Low-Carbon Fuels

As the world accelerates toward net-zero goals, green energy is no longer optional—it’s essential. The shift away from fossil fuels is being driven by climate policy, carbon pricing, and rising consumer and corporate demand for cleaner alternatives. In this global transition, sustainable biofuels are emerging as a critical solution.

At TGCarbon, we focus on transforming waste biomass into high-performance, low-emission fuels—specifically:

  • Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF)

  • Green Methanol

These fuels are not only climate-aligned—they are also in high market demand across the aviation, shipping, and industrial sectors.

Why Biofuels, Why Now

  • Global SAF demand is expected to grow from 3 billion gallons in 2030 to over 35 billion gallons by 2050, as airlines seek carbon-neutral growth under *CORSIA and national mandates. *80+ countries participating in CORSIA, requiring airlines to offset or reduce emissions

  • Green methanol is being adopted by leading shipping companies like Maersk and COSCO as a clean marine fuel and is gaining momentum as a hydrogen carrier and industrial feedstock.

  • Both fuels are eligible for carbon credits and tax incentives across major markets (Canada, U.S., EU, APAC).

  • Bio-based fuels can scale today using proven infrastructure, making them essential bridge solutions to a fully renewable future.

Canada SAF & Green Methanol Project

Transforming Canadian Waste Wood into Low-Carbon Aviation Fuel and Clean Industrial Methanol

TGCarbon is building one of North America’s most efficient and scalable biofuel production facilities in Canada. The project leverages abundant forestry and wood residues to produce two vital low-carbon fuels:

  • Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF)

  • Green Methanol

Demand is surging, supply is scarce—and TGCarbon is ready to fill the gap.

Using a modular system that integrates biomass gasification and Fischer–Tropsch (FT) synthesis, we deliver reliable, cost-effective, and environmentally aligned fuels tailored for the aviation and maritime industries.
