Jack Huang currently serves as the Vice President of the International Equestrian Federation (FEI) and the Chairman of TGCarbon. He has extensive experience in sports management and carbon capture technology investments. He actively promotes the development of equestrian sports worldwide, striving to enhance the fairness and professionalism of competitions. As the Chairman of TGCarbon, he possesses deep expertise and successful investment experience in the field of carbon capture and storage (CCUS), making significant contributions to environmental sustainability.  Jack Huang's leadership and professional knowledge have earned him great respect in both the international equestrian and environmental investment communities.

Co-Founder & Chief Strategy Officer

David "Da Dao" Liu is a visionary CEO known for founding and leading successful ventures like Canada Film Group and Cross Road Media.  An “arranger of talent”, his strategic foresight and innovative scope drive his ability to navigate complex projects and manage diverse teams. Background as a pioneer 3D animator and featured Shanghai World Expo Director. He directed "The Legend of Silk Boy” and led the 2019 Jackie Chan Green Hero environmental project. His business strategy and talent for coaching teams make him a sought-after consultant and speaker. With an education from the School of Visual Arts and an MBA from Wales University, David's leadership and creativity continue to inspire and achieve remarkable results.

Co-Founder & Chief Technology Officer

Dr. Leon Chang, a Ph.D. graduate from National Chiao Tung University, is a pioneer in high-temperature plasma thermal technology. He developed a plasma technology that can release core temperatures ranging from 15,000 to 20,000 degrees Celsius, applicable in the treatment of hazardous waste and polluted soil, and has secured multiple international patents. This technology uses nitrogen as a medium, emits no CO2, and boasts high efficiency and rapid start-up capabilities. Its operational costs are only one-third of traditional heating systems, with a payback period of just one year. Dr. Chang's technology can be applied across various industry sectors from industrial plants, agri-tech, hospitality and more with a global vision aimed at advancing environmental sustainability.

Melissa Lu, brings exceptional business and management leadership qualities and is the CEO of TGCarbon.  A Silicon Valley native with a business degree from Santa Clara University, she honed her skills as a consultant at Accenture working across industries, ranging from tech to government like Microsoft, Cisco Systems, NTT Docomo, and the USPS.  Melissa has successfully landed international equestrian companies in China, blending her passion for equestrian sports with her commitment to environmental sustainability. Through TGCarbon, she is committed to delivering innovative solutions in the CCUS space, reflecting her dedication to creating a cleaner, more beautiful world.
